Are you a proactive Customer Service manager with at least 5 years track record in international customer service and/or customer care? Then we invite you to join our team! We are looking for a commercial and enthusiastic Customer Service manager.

You love networking and building relations and you are devoted to managing and maintaining customer satisfaction. You are a customer service generalist with broad knowledge. In this role you are responsible for topics such as customer service/care policy, maintaining processes and tools and improve efficiency and teamwork.

You are familiar with ERP systems (experience with SAP Business One is a preference) and Office applications (Excel, Word). With your knowledge you are able to optimise the customer service and maximise the company’s efficiency and trust ability to their customers.

Functie omschrijving:

You manage small accounts, and you support the sales managers and take care of the order entry as well. You maintain the customer database and you coordinate the information and data flows between all internal and external parties, prioritise and are always aware of finding bottlenecks and the possibilities for improvement by building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In case of any issues, you prioritise and act accordingly. “The Customer is King” is your slogan and you collaborate with them to ensure appropriate and serious handling of any customer issue. Any customer related issue is handled with the highest priority to assure a long-lasting customer relationship.

We ask:
You have a relevant bachelor’s degree customer service management and international commerce within a relevant sector (f.e. FMCG). To do well in this role you need detailed understanding of customer service and care and international company processes and know how to continuous optimise these processes. You also have excellent communication skills. You speak fluently Dutch and your English language skills are excellent.

You are a good organiser, well-motivated, fast (thinking), self-supporting, flexible, driven, accurate, confident, proactive person with a “can-do” attitude. As a self-starter you are able to organise and prioritise your workload with excellent time management. You are collaborative and enjoy the challenge of successfully achieving goals together. You are critical yet respectful, convincing, without being dominant. You ‘know how to play the game’ of sometimes being strict and sometimes being able to adapt in order to come to a solution. You have a methodical, structured and thoughtful way of working.

Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills, enabling you to deal with all types of personalities from different countries and with different cultures, background and/or habits. Above all you are a team player with strong personal values, showing integrity, an open mind and attentive listening skills.
