We are looking for a talented and qualified Logistics Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for all logistical related activities and provide support to adjacent departments like Customer Services, Finance and supply chain management. 

Responsibilities 

·          Manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customs services.

·          Direct, optimize and coordinate full in and outbound activities

·          Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

·          Process and monitor multimodal shipments

·          Resolve any arising problems or complaints with pro-active approach

·          Meet cost, productivity and stock accuracy KPI’s

·          Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement

        improvements

·          Perform annual Request For Quotation for all logistics operations

·          Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.

·          Organize warehouse value add logistics like label goods, and process special

        shipments.

·          Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and

        operations.

·          Evaluate logistical invoices and associated activities.

·          Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, regulations and BRC

        requirements.

Requirements

·          Business logistics management experience is required.

·          Distribution or trading working background.

·          Food, beverage, pharma, chemicals industry working experience is preferred.

·          Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.

·          A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role.

·          Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

·          Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management ERP software,

        preferably SAP

·          Proficiency in English, French, Spanish or German speaking will add more value

·          Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.

·          Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
